The Nightline course is a dynamic and engaging team-building exercise designed to enhance communication, trust and co-operation among participants.

In this activity, participants are blindfolded and must navigate through a series of physical obstacles with the guidance of verbal instructions from their team mates.

This can be done in many ways, including either pairing up with one blindfolded team mate working as the guide, or the whole team being blindfolded and following the route together like a long snake.
